First of all... the aesthetic of the hotel was super pretty. The entrance was lovely with fairy lights and the reception is warm. Then our room exceeded our expectations. It was lovely and big. The bathroom was also very big, with 2 sinks and a big shower - so comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The location of the hotel is quite at the centre. With just around 7 mins to walk for shopping places (Sephora etc.) and touristic places such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna. Whenever we got a taxi to go to places further than that, a taxi was always on time and efficient (Uber). The breakfast place was lovely. The coffee was pure italian goodness. Bread, eggs, bacon, cheeses, hams, salami, tomatoes, juices, water, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, jams, honey, croissants, pasties... It was a lovely selection :) Perfect to keep out tummies full for our mornings. Staff was always helpful and our stay was amazing. La Residenza gave us very nice memories. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome :)

I never leave reviews but I felt like I had to. The staff were so pleasant, especially the male receptionist (we didn’t get his name). He helped us immensely with a map of Rome and it really did guide us around. He was so lovely, as were all staff. The continental breakfast which was included was beautiful! Fresh pastries which were still hot and plenty of other lovely options too. The rooms were beautiful and so clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, it was about 9 mins from the hop on bus and about 11 mins to the trevi fountain! The restaurant also attached to the hotel was lovely and the staff there couldn’t do enough for you. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I would highly recommend!

We LOVED the location as we were looking for a place to get away from the crowds after long days of sightseeing, yet still be able to walk to those popular sites (Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, etc.). There are restaurants, shopping and the metro nearby so you can appreciate a little more low key, local way of life. Their breakfast is absolutely beautiful and the lovely lady working there each morning was so friendly and helpful - she made wonderful cappuccinos and cafe lattes, which was such a nice way to start the day. The room is very clean and provides ample space as well as everything needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted at the front desk by a fabulous gentleman. He checked us in and gave us very helpful advise for tourist spots, wait times, tickets etc. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. The breakfast lady was so lovely, she warmly greeted us every morning and remembered our coffee order. The hotel had small old fashioned touches that made our stay the best. We would stay here again. Tip! Get an Uber or Taxi to the hotel if you are coming from the train station. The stairs and large hill from the underground station were challenging with our suitcases.

Hayley

The property is very comfortable and a stones throw to the Trevi fountain. The staff were all amazing!!! Friendly, helpful and treated us with great care and respect. We could not fault any of the staff. The adjacent restaurant (which I think belongs to La Residenza) is excellent!! The breakfast at La Residenza was exceptional!!! There was a huge selection of foods to enjoy (which is amazing considering it was Christmas, in the dead of winter and huge influx of visitors). The in house coffee was brilliant.
